退款政策

換貨服務 Exchange Service

顧客在收取購買之貨品時,應即時檢查該貨品是否存有任何損毀及配件齊全。如發現貨品質量上有問題,均可享有7天換貨服務,但必須遵守以下條款:
The customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any defects and/or damage. If any problems are found immediately, or if any products are found not up to manufacturers standard within 7 days of purchase, exchange service is entitled subjected to the following terms:

  1. 於收取貨品日期當天起計 7天內,聯絡本公司客戶服務中心。
    Exchange request should be made and contact us within 7 days from the date of the product received.

  2. 貨品必須連同發票/收據正本、完整無缺的包裝盒、配件、說明書及未填妥之保用証等一同退回。
    Original invoice/receipt, packing, accessories, user guide and blank warranty card should be returned together with the product in good condition for exchange; and

  3. 所有個人護理或衛生用品、食品及飲品、防疫用品、陳列品、特價品及贈品恕不退換。
    No exchange or warranty services will be provided for personal care or hygiene products, food and beverages, anti-epidemic products, display items, free gifts and discounted items.

 
本公司會檢查要欲更換之貨品,並有權由以下原因不更換貨品:
We have the right to refuse to exchange a product on the ground of the defect is caused by:

  1. 人為損壞;
    Misuse, abuse or accident.

  2. 疏忽、遺失或不適當處理貨品或配件;
    Negligence, loss or not conforming to those specified in the User Manual.

  3. 曾被擅自改動或修理
    Altered or repaired by unauthorized persons.
*本公司不設現金退款服務。
Please note that refund is not available.
*如有任何爭議,本公司保留更換貨品的最終決定權。
If there is any dispute, we reserve the right to final decision.
*本公司有絕對酌情權對以上內容作任何更改或變更,而不另行通知。
 We have the right to amend or make any change of the above terms at our sole discretion and without notice.
